TravelingMamas.com – Shannon created this brand that inspires women to travel, with or without their kids. It has been nominated for numerous awards in the travel industry and named on the Nielsen Power Moms list (2009).
Shannon launched Gifted Travel in 2006 but took a hiatus to focus attention on the Traveling Mamas brand. The site was relaunched in July, 2009 to reflect general travel as experiences for consumers. The gift of travel is priceless.
Shannon is a contributing food writer for Globalfoodie. She highlights Southern US dishes for this multi-contributor site.
GritsandGumbo.com – A group of people wearing paper bags came to Shannon asking her to put together an anonymous restaurant review site. This project features restaurants in Louisiana.
